• Check-in is from 12:00 midday up to 09:00 pm. Anyone turning up after the cut off will be turned away.

  • BBQ's are permitted as well as cooking stoves as long as they are raised off the ground. We do provide bricks around the site if needed. Open fires are not permitted.

  • Dog's are permitted but must be kept on a lead at all times. 

  • Only tent's are permitted in the camping fields. For camper vans, caravans, motorhomes and trailer tents these must be booked over the phone directly with Barn Farm Campsite office.

  • Tent pitches are not allocated, you choose where you would like to pitch. Parking is next to your tent.

  • All toilet and shower facilities are included in the cost.

  • There will be various catering and a bar on site during the event.​

  • It is a minimum of 2 nights stay. We are not offering 1 night packages.

  • Only alcohol purchased from the bar is permitted in the main event arena.

  • There will be various catering vans on site for the Friday and Saturday evening. There will also be catering in the Saturday and Sunday morning serving breakfast rolls.

  • Dog's are welcome onsite but please be aware that there is fireworks on the Saturday evening. Dog's must be kept on a lead at all times. They are not aloud in the camping barns or glamping tents.
